At Bloat Relief Co., we want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Free Shipping Always Free

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. We believe great digestive health shouldn't come with hidden fees.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you add Priority Processing ($2.99) to your order, your order moves to the front of the queue and will be processed the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM EST.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. These are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website or at bloatreliefco.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

5. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • Compliance with local regulations regarding dietary supplements
  • Any delays caused by customs processing

We declare all shipments at their full value and cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express shipments or certain restricted regions. If your shipping address cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • First, check your tracking number for updates
  • Check with your local post office or building management
  • Contact us at support@bloatreliefco.com — we will investigate and resolve the issue

For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at your preference.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we can update the address before shipment if contacted within 2 hours of ordering.

9. Digital Products

Digital products (The Bloat-Friendly Grocery Guide, The Light Belly Guide) are delivered electronically via email within minutes of purchase. No physical shipping is involved.
