We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window with easy, hassle-free returns. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging (opened bottles are accepted)
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products — The Bloat-Friendly Grocery Guide and The Light Belly Guide once accessed or downloaded
  • Priority Processing fee — non-refundable once the order has been processed
  • Items that have been used for more than 30 days

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to start your return:

  1. Email us at support@bloatreliefco.comwith your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 24 hours.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). In cases where we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@bloatreliefco.com. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate and work toward a resolution

9. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
